It is designed to run on Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10 operating systems either as a single or a network of workstations or as an integral part of the LIMS. Peak-ABC system is readily operational on the standard, universally available computer. Thus, there is no need for you to purchase any expensive proprietary servers or interfaces. This unique architecture gives you the flexibility to expand at a pace that fits into your needs.

 

Compatible with any model of instrument

Peak-ABC system is compatible with any made of chromatographic instrument available in the market including those manufactured by Agilent, Shimadzu, Waters, Thermo Fisher and PerkinElmer etc. It is also ideal as replacement for the outdated traditional processor. Our state-of-the-art Chromatogram Acquisition Unit comes with two acquiring channels for you to acquire analog data signal simultaneously from the dual detectors of the same instrument or independently from two different instruments.

 

In compliance with GLP and CFR21 Part 11 Standards

The reliability of Peak-ABC system is evident from the growing number of happy end-users and OEM partners since we first commercially launched the software in year 2000. Peak-ABC system is designed with the GLP and CFR21 Part 11 standards in mind, so it is well fitted to the standards in following aspects:

1. Login on start up is compulsive. Different user may take different role and has different accessibilities after enter in the software.
2. The name of user who does the analysis will be recorded in the chromatogram file as an electrical signature. You can open a chromatogram file and get the name of the analyst who acquired the chromatogram.
3. Two kinds of audit trails are strictly encrypted. One is saved with the chromatogram file to record the steps how the chromatogram is processed, and the other is an independently file recording the whole system information, such as every time and name on login, injection time, run serial number, and the name of chromatogram file saved etc.
4. All-in-one structure is adopted by Peak-ABC for the purpose of thorough tracing back. When a chromatogram file is opened, not only the chromatogram and its results, but also all information about how the chromatogram and its results got are opened together. So you can see the relevant processing parameters, integration methods, calculation parameters and audit trails etc.

Simple but versatile

The operating structure of Peak-ABC system is so simple that anyone who knows how to operate a computer would find it easy to learn and use the software to process the analysis results.

 

¡ñThis software is structured in such a way that all the elements of the analysis starting from acquisition of chromatogram through to printing of analysis report are neatly stored in one source document called Chromatogram file.

 

 
 
 

¡ñWe apply Document window technique and related techniques such as Multi-Document window, Split window, and Multi-thread so that you can perform many job functions conveniently and concurrently.

- Re-processing of an acquired chromatogram can be carried out while acquisition of a new chromatogram is in process;
 
- Displaying a few Chromatogram files at the same time so that moving from one to another can be done by making just one click on the mouse;
 

-Accessing and manipulating the various elements of a Chromatogram file is made easier because the whole analysis process is intelligently presented within one screen;

 

 

¡ñDuring acquisition of data signal, we apply our patented Noise Filtering Method to eliminate noise so that we can detect even the weakest level of signal close to Baseline noise;

 

 
 
 

¡ñDuring integration of chromatogram, system would select the most appropriate integration method to process each detected peak (under Default integration). Most importantly, setting of many complicated processing parameters has been intelligently automated so that the number of parameters that you need to adjust is minimized to only one in most of the cases;

 

 
 
 
 
 
 

¡ñShould you need to make post-acquisition changes to the integration method selected by Default integration, Manual integration can be applied by making only three clicks on the mouse;
